Ib. chicken
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 cloves garlic
2 stalks escallion
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 onion, chopped
tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 thsp. lemon juice |

- Wash chicken in lemon water and drain.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Blend onion, escallion,
garlic and thyme in blender with vinegar.
Rub these ingredients on chicken and leave to soak
for 15 minutes.
- Season chicken with sugar, salt and any other pack
chicken season.
- Place chicken in a baking tin with little butter
rub on it. Bake for 1 hour then removed.
