Ib. goat( mutton)
3 cloves garlic
1 onion,sliced
1 stalk escallion
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 cups water
1/2 hot pepper |

- Season goat with garlic, onion, escallion, curry
powder, hot pepper and salt. Allow
to marinade for 1 hour or overnight.
- Scrape seasoning from meat then place it in a sauce
pan with cooking oil, keep turning until curry powder
is cooked on meat.
- Add water and remaining seasoning, allow to simmer
until meat is cooked. Served with
rice and green bananas.
