Pork Chops
 
Ingredients
 
2 lb. pork chops
1 tsp. salt
4 gloves garlic
1 cup sugar
1 tsp.mustard
Method
  1. Season pork chops with salt and garlic.
  2. Mix mustard with sugar and rub mixture on both sides of pork chops.
  3. Place in a baking tin and put in oven.
  4. Bake at 350 F.until done.
  5. Served with bread or fry dumpling.
