1. Line tins with grease paper
and grease well. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
about 15 minutes
3. Beat egg. Add sugar, then melted butter and 1 cup
milk
4. Pour into dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
5. Add raisins.
6. Pour into lined and greased tin and bake for approximately
1 hour.
7. As soon as bun is done, make a glaze using ½
cup brown sugar and ½ cup water,
boil until thick, spread on bun and put back in oven
for about 5 minutes. |
